MEP Javier Zarzalejos has participated together with Lorena Bachmaier, Julio Muerza and Fernando Gascón in this debate organized by the FAES Foundation in which they have discussed the proposal to reform the judicial procedure in an aspect as relevant as the attribution of responsibility of the instruction of the procedure to the prosecutor.
