MEP Javier Zarzalejos has discussed with Belén Becerril, deputy director of the Royal University Institute for European Studies, about the EU’s management of the COVID-19 crisis, in this debate organized by the FAES Foundation. MEP Javier Zarzalejos has participated in a video meeting with MEPs in which they have discussed the response of the European Union to COVID-19. This meeting is part of the Jean Monnet Chair in European Studies and has been organized by the Catholic University of Valencia.  

MEP Javier Zarzalejos has received in the European Parliament a group of students from the Colegio Mayor de Deusto in Bilbao. During the visit, Zarzalejos explained to them the work carried out from Brussels by the members of the PPE Group and the delegations of each country.

MEP Javier Zarzalejos has attended the opening of the exhibition ‘Gregorio Ordoñez. La vida posible’, which was held at the Miramar Palace in San Sebastián to commemorate the 25th anniversary of his murder. This exhibition serves to honour his memory and remember everything he did for democracy and freedom in the Basque Country.
