On 18 and 19 November, the European Parliament hosted a conference organised by Javier Zarzalejos, dedicated to Latin American Emerging Leaders. The event brought together key representatives of European and Latin American politics, with the aim of strengthening cooperation between the two regions and promoting a debate on current challenges and opportunities. During the meeting, crucial issues for the future of Europe and Latin America were addressed.<\/p>\n

Other speakers included Borja Gim\u00e9nez Larraz, who addressed the importance of international trade and economic cooperation, and Elena Nevado del Campo, Vice-President of the Eurolat parliamentary delegation, who gave her views on inter-parliamentary relations and collaboration between European and Latin American parliaments.
