MEP Javier Zarzalejos has participated in the conference “The challenges of federal and decentralized democracies: Spain and Germany”, organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Popular Party.<\/p>\n

Together with Alejandro Fern\u00e1ndez, president of the Popular Party of Catalonia; Carlos Vidal, professor of Constitutional Law at the UNED, and Edurne Uriarte, professor of Political Science (URJC) and deputy in the Congress of Deputies, Javier Zarzalejos has taken part in the round table \u201cDifferences and similarities between the decentral states of Spain – the virtues of decentralization and possible reforms to improve the quality of the autonomous system \u201d.<\/p>\n
