During the visit, Zarzalejos toured the agency\u2019s facilities and expressed interest in the work being done to improve working conditions across the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>They exchanged views on the emerging challenges posed by teleworking, the ageing workforce, and mental health in the workplace. They also discussed the differences between EU member states in implementing occupational safety and prevention regulations, as well as the need to continue promoting common standards that ensure safe and healthy working environments.<\/p>\n<p>Zarzalejos highlighted the important role of EU-OSHA as a key instrument for sharing best practices among member states and fostering a culture of prevention.
